Description

Ski Therapy is a technical ski manual for all levels of skiing and is guaranteed to improve your skiing in a BIG way. With the help of easy to follow tips and colourful illustrations, the main principles of skiing are explained in simple stages – including the two ways to turn and the five ways to control your speed.

Originally published as a fun-packed, pocket-sized book Ski Therapy is now available as an eBook for the first time.

Designed to be read anywhere - whether on the chairlift, whilst enjoying a well-earned break slope side or during an aprés ski session - this great little book will help unlock the secrets of how to adapt your skiing to all types of snow and terrain.

With a no-nonsense approach to jargon busting, Ski Therapy will help you to ski in a more relaxed manner with greater stability and control no matter what the conditions.
